How do we bridge the gap between the reality of daily life and our innate potential?
The Emotional Freedom Technique is a gentle but powerful way to better understand and release your old stories, fears, and limiting beliefs from the mind or body. The resolution of these stories will free you to welcome a more peaceful, pain-free, resilient, joyful, and True story about yourself.
Sessions are an hour long over Zoom
Included are flower essences formulated to support you in embodying your new story
I’ll be referring to your QHD chart as a helpful resource for this session. If you’d like to have it on hand for yourself, generate your chart for free below.
I recommend booking at least three follow-up sessions to set yourself up for success in resolving old stories of a deeply-rooted nature.

This is a deep dive service in which all the tools and experience I have will be put to work to support your liberation. We'll dig into whatever is weighing you down using all the services above (Sacral Session for Sacral types only), and work together to create a new story that reflects the Truth of who you are in a more aligned, powerful, and joyful way.

Intensive Integration Package
How does it work?
Using your Human Design and your Enneagram type as our touchstones, we will discuss where you are right now, where you’d like to be, and what from your past may be inhibiting you from moving forward. I will coach you through understanding and establishing boundaries, as well as owning and taking charge of your own story. You can expect the first appointment to last around 2-3 hours, and the package includes three follow-up appointments over the next two months to see how you’re getting along. We will continue to use EFT in these follow-ups to support you in embodying the truer story of who you are. Additionally, you will receive a bottle of flower essences specifically formulated with frequencies to support letting go of old patterns and embracing new outlooks and habits.
